At Wood We Create, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Exchanges

We’re happy to offer exchanges for items that are the wrong size, colour, or simply not quite what you expected. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at [email protected]
with your order details and photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Returns Process

To request an exchange or return, please contact us via email before sending any items back. We’ll provide instructions for return shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
